A secluded and peaceful spot in the heart of a small village surrounded by nature. Enjoy the sounds of birds, frogs, and more. There's a fishing pond and trails for walking and horseback riding. Horses are welcome (stalls or paddock available) with numerous trails around the house. Close to Amboise Castle (28 minutes) and Beauval Zoo (25 minutes). Nearby activities include visiting castles and Beauval Zoo. A fishing pond is 200 meters away. Enjoy walks and hikes.

Either on the property with the horses (horseback riders/caravans are also welcome, and stalls are available), or on the hillside behind the house and stables (hidden) on a flat slab, shaded from 12 pm to 5 pm, with a 3m wide entrance (suitable for tractors). Chickens, geese, and goats roam freely during the day; they are very friendly and allow themselves to be petted. Regarding the sanitary facilities, it's best to come prepared. Water and electrical hookups are available in exchange. There is one additional electrical outlet outside the house. Water is also available outside the house.
