Member since 2020, Valérie welcomes you from summer 2022.

Come pitch your tent and enjoy the calm of the village of Châtelneuf. 10 minutes by car from Champagnole, the village is close to all amenities.

Close to the 4 lakes (Maclus, Ilay, Narlay), Hérisson waterfalls, Rocher de la Baume (beautiful walks from the house for all walking levels)

The house overlooks a 2-hectare plot where everyone can find a quiet spot.

We are in the countryside. The setting calls for rest and calm. Nature retreat and wellness guaranteed.
In summer, my hens and a small rooster are present and roam freely on the grounds.

Activities
For those who love walking, there are hiking trails starting from the house for all walking levels.

The lakes of Ilay, Maclu and Narlay are about 15 minutes by car.

Close to Lake Chalain, Hérisson Falls, Champagnole and its Saturday morning local market (where I source excellent local products that I know how to showcase to delight your taste buds).

Other remarks
A sacred space dedicated to your well-being and relaxation is available on the grounds.

I offer sound journeys with Tibetan singing bowls, koshis, drums and other instruments.

Motorhomes, caravans, and campervans are available in the parking area in front of the house (maximum 1 motorhome or caravan and 2 campervans). Shared bathroom facilities include a toilet and shower. There is a dry toilet and a tap outside. Guests can shower and use the common areas (terrace, living room). Amenities include a barbecue, bicycle storage, and a refrigerator. In the kitchen, you'll find a microwave, a kettle, and a selection of herbal teas and teas for your relaxation. The stove is reserved for my use… because I'm the one who will be preparing delicious meals for you! I cook with love, prioritizing local produce—so let yourself be carried away, let yourself be tempted… and come taste my gourmet cuisine to fully enjoy your holiday. Internet: NO WIFI and the signal is weak. Ideal for a digital detox. A very good connection to the trees, the place, and the inner peace... Here you can (re)connect with your true nature. Tent rental: The house has a shared bedroom with 8 beds (for an additional fee for linens and cleaning). In case of bad weather and if the tent isn't rented, you can sleep in a comfortable bed (8 single beds) (I even lent my sofa bed to one of my guests who arrived by bike in the pouring rain! I didn't have the heart to let him pitch his tent in the rain). We can arrange this together upon your arrival.

  • Ideal for a breath of fresh air! Farm visits are possible with children. Espace Alienor (a 6m diameter lotus tent) is a relaxation space offering sound journeys with Tibetan singing bowls.
