Welcome to our 2,000 m² plot of land. Flat, spacious, and partially shaded, it's ideal for a stopover or a longer stay surrounded by nature. Access is easy, even for large motorhomes, with a maximum height of 4 meters. You'll enjoy a peaceful setting, just 30 km east of Lyon. The site offers beautiful, unobstructed views of the cliffs, surrounding fields, and the city in the distance. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no through traffic, it guarantees true tranquility. A hiking trail is accessible directly from the site, leading you through the cliffs and surrounding natural landscapes. Just 5 km away, discover the medieval town of Crémieu, known for its well-preserved medieval architecture and cobbled streets, shops, bakeries, and restaurants. A large shopping area with supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants, and a cinema is also 10 km away. The site is located on a property that also houses a dog boarding kennel. Occasional barking may be heard during the day, but the sites remain quiet the rest of the time. Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are available upon request. There are no sanitary facilities (no toilets or showers) on site. Arrivals are possible at any time. The sky is relatively free of light pollution, making for excellent stargazing at night. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
