We reached the idyllically located farm in the afternoon and were immediately welcomed in a friendly manner. Since we were alone there that day, we were allowed to choose one of the two pitches on the meadow. Both pitches were freshly mowed & both had a fire pit with grill grate. The view from the parking space on the meadow at the edge of the forest was wonderful. We really enjoyed the relaxing day in the beautiful mountain panorama, & would love to come back anytime!
How was the contact with the host?
The contact with our hosts was very friendly and unobtrusive. Of course, the contact by e-mail in advance worked very well and the appointment was made without any problems.
Tips for new guests?
The two pitches were fairly level & so we didn't need wedges. Of course, it doesn't hurt to have some with you. There is a small farm shop on the farm, where pumpkins could also be bought in the autumn.
The farm is located near Lucerne, Lake Lucerne and in the middle of a mountain panorama.
For active vacationers, the area offers countless hiking routes and mountain bike trails. A trip to Mount Pilatus is definitely an option here & Lucerne also has a lot to offer. But of course it's also a lot of fun just sitting up here in the countryside, watching the cows and enjoying the fabulous view.
