About this location

At this campspace you go back to basics, just a spot on the meadow! Yet you are close to the nice Kortrijk. Hop on your bike for a visit to the Omer brewery or beautiful bike rides in the rolling surroundings. The ideal stopover on your cycling adventure on the way to France. Quietly situated on a meadow in the quiet village of Rollegem, you have this place all to yourself or your friends. You share it with... two sheep! Although in their own part. The 2000m² meadow is undeveloped land, located between some houses and the fields. The meadow is not accessible to cars or campers due to a slope. You can park your car in one of the two places next to it. There is also plenty of space to dry bicycles and carts. You can make a fire in a fire bowl. Water is available at the tap at my house and in bottles and there is electricity in the parking lot. And there is a dry toilet in the stable! A downside is the proximity of a large fries factory that you can see and sometimes smell from the meadow. I would be happy to give you more information about the region or the things to do in the area!

Enjoy the peace and nature! However, please be quiet after 10:30 pm so the neighborhood can sleep. Don't leave any waste. Pets are very welcome but keep them on your property, the other gardens are open to the public. In case of extreme drought, it is better not to start a fire, to avoid the fire hazard. Have fun!

  • City trip in Kortrijk

  • Het Goed ter Heule is a fantastic organic farm and shop where you can pick your own crops in the field!

  • Rollegem center has several typical village cafes. In Bellegem you have the bustling Omercafé De Sportwereld. Where

  • Frites Unique is a top chip shop/brasserie in the village center. At 200m there is Restaurant Piro Lanno and Taverne De Pompe (but they are open less often)
