About this location
Bed and Breakfast Casa Traca is a small-scale B&B on the edge of a small village in the middle of nature.
Casa Traca is located halfway up Mont'Alto in the Serra do Açor. In this Xisto mountain range you will find rugged rock formations, heights and valleys. There are valleyless rivers and beautiful waterfalls vary due to the height.
Enjoy the authentic picturesque villages, mountains and rivers. It is an ideal environment for walking and, above all, enjoying nature.
The garden of the actual B&B is not very large, but it does have many fruit trees, a small vegetable garden with pick vegetables and many lounge areas to relax. Feel free to eat from the garden!
The B&B has a hot tub which can also be used by guests (for a fee). The B&B has 4 spacious themed rooms and offers a lot of privacy. An extensive fresh breakfast is ready every morning.
Dogs are welcome in the B&B, but in consultation.

I am José, Dutch and I have been running my small-scale B&B in Central Portugal since May 2016. I do this in addition to my work as a web designer and consultant. It can be busy at times but I love meeting people, sharing my beautiful place and letting my guests enjoy the way I enjoy living in this part of Portugal.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Dogs are allowed but always under supervision. It is not allowed to smoke inside. Open fire is not allowed outside.
