About this location

Our farm is on the outskirts of Hamburg in the Vier- and Marschlanden. It's hard to believe that the city is so close. 10 minutes to the motorway, 35 to the Hafencity. The Zollenspieker Elbe ferry is 8 minutes away and often saves you having to go through the city, but you have to tell the sat nav.
Here you can sit in the idyllic thatched roof between the stud farm and the rose farm and share your muesli with our chickens.
Dogs, chickens and bees live here with very different people.
The farm has been a shared community for thirty years and has developed a very special atmosphere. Between agriculture, commune, artist's house and natural garden. There is a bit of everything.
We live here in Rosamunde Pilcher's idyll. With many people in one house, all with very different jobs and backgrounds, but very open and happy to meet new people.
In spring, foals hop across the meadow next door. Roses are grown on the other side. We try our hand at permaculture and wildflowers.
You can stay here completely by yourself or come to the farm for a chat, just be who you are. That's allowed here.
Important: We only take vehicles with their own toilet. Unfortunately, hunting dogs must be kept on a leash.

Our farm at Hausdeich 180 has been in the hands of more or less free-thinking communes for thirty years. Over the years, a place has developed here where things are allowed to be as they are. Above all, peaceful. Important: we currently have a small construction site on the property; the old bakehouse is being restored. Nestled among rose bushes, tall trees, and a historic thatched-roof farmhouse, we now welcome up to three campers to take a short break. Depending on the weather, we have shady spots or a sunny meadow available. It's best to discuss this with us when you arrive. If the meadow is wet, you can park in the parking area at the back. Access is at your own risk.

Our farm is a peaceful place, we don't want wild parties here. But if it works out, we're happy to sit around the fire together. If you're interested, you can help in the garden or get involved in our projects by arrangement, just talk to us. We look forward to seeing you!
