PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION TO AVOID MAKING REQUESTS CONTRARY TO WHAT IS WRITTEN. The price is per person, not per pitch. A natural setting, yet only 10 minutes from the nearest beaches. On grass, shade/sun depending on the time of day and the pitch. Please read the description carefully to be fully informed. This is a former family business, so you will be sharing the premises with a large building. We do not live on-site but nearby. As seen in the aerial photo, there is proximity to the HIGHWAY (please take this into account before making any requests to avoid surprises upon arrival). If you are looking for a 5-star experience, this is not the place for you; it offers a simple, friendly, and natural atmosphere. Activities: The ocean is nearby. (10-15 minutes to the nearest beaches) Hossegor Lake / White and Black Ponds Day and night markets All the activities of Southwest France (Surfing, paddleboarding, etc.) Spain just a stone's throw away Other remarks This place is private property, so the rules are ours to make it a place for travelers to connect in a friendly atmosphere. Here, people chat, get to know each other, and spend time around the communal table or in the lounge area. However, privacy is preserved. In the event of any problem or abuse, we will terminate the rental. YOU MUST TAKE OUT YOUR TRASH EVERY DAY (recycling point and containers are right across the street). Remember to bring your own small trash bags for daily disposal. FROM 9 PM ONWARDS, quiet and calm are required out of respect for other vacationers and the neighborhood. NO one other than those renting the property will be allowed on the premises. FROM 10 PM ONWARDS: For the respect and safety of tent campers, you may be asked not to drive your vehicle among the other campers (except for converted vehicles). We will specify this depending on the time of year and the number of people on the property. DOGS NOT ALLOWED. BBQS PROHIBITED. For motorhomes, please note that the principle of this site is to welcome guests to our garden/property and not to a designated motorhome area. Therefore, only those who fully understand this concept will be welcomed. Otherwise, they are free to go to the proper campsites on the Landes coast and enjoy the facilities and prices! Filling your water tanks is prohibited due to cost considerations. This is permitted in designated motorhome areas, which we are not! Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.

We own a plot of land on which the former hangar of a family business is located.
