Hello! We have a lovely 2000m² plot of land planted with fruit trees and oaks, right next to the forest! The setting is so pleasant that we thought, why not share it with holidaymakers? We welcome you to our cozy spot at our home in Breuil-Magné! It's perfect for pitching your tent in a verdant setting surrounded by lots of different birds: hoopoes regularly visit our garden, as well as golden orioles, jays, green woodpeckers, tits... With a bit of luck, you might even spot a hedgehog or some squirrels! And a beautiful variety of insects and butterflies! We also have a 2-year-old English Setter named Vador. He's a real ball of love and cuddles, but he can be a bit clingy! Enjoy the tranquility of the place in a hammock under a tree, sitting by our pond listening to the frogs! And if it's the season, you can enjoy a piece of fruit in the garden – we have apple, pear, nachi, grape, fig, plum, and other fruit trees! We are a couple in our thirties with a 7-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter. Our garden has a few toys lying around! We look forward to having a drink and welcoming you! The garden is very green; you'll be in the shade under the trees either to the side of the house or at the back of the garden, depending on your preference. You can park your vehicle on our property to the side of the house; there's a gate at the parking space. Camping is possible at the back of the garden for tents, but there's no space to park a vehicle at the back. We can provide an extension cord for electricity. The toilet and bathroom are inside the house; there is no drinking water access in the garden. (There is a rainwater tap.) We need to be present so you can use it. We have a small pond on the property with fish and frogs. Activities: Between land and sea! Many marshes nearby with beautiful walks to enjoy! Nature lovers are sure to fall under the spell of the region! Many birds to observe: egrets, storks, herons... Discover the traditional fishing huts (carrelets), hiking trails, the bird observatory at the Cabane de Moët de Breuil-Magné, and the Gauput children's park, a 5-minute walk from the house, with a bakery, butcher, tobacconist/grocery store, second-hand clothing shop, and a market on Sunday mornings. We are located 8 minutes by car from Rochefort with its beautiful garden and the Royal Rope Factory Museum, and all amenities. 18 minutes from Fouras and its magnificent beaches, hiking trails, and free orienteering courses (pick up the paperwork at the Tourist Office), you have access to Île d'Aix and views of Fort Boyard and Fort Ennet. 20 minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage; don't forget to stop at Les Boucholeurs for mussels and oysters! And 30 minutes from La Rochelle with its magnificent old port, rugby stadium, beautiful pedestrian streets, towers, beaches, and free animal park... 30 minutes from Port des Barques, Île Madame, and Île d'Oléron. 30 minutes from La Ferme de Magné.
