I rent a rustic farm of 4000mtrs for self-sufficient motorhomes since the farm has irrigation water but no electricity.
The property is fenced and ideally located for the nearby towns: Vera, Garrucha, Mojácar, Cabo de Gata, Villaricos.
20 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the best golf courses in Levante and 15 minutes from the highway.
The farm has mountain views where you can breathe peace and tranquility.
It has a very charming 20-square-meter house with a fireplace, and outside there are barbecues for enjoying the outdoors.
