I’m Marc. I live here with my son (born in 2021). Most days, it’s just us, the house, and the land.
This is a fairly kid-friendly place, with a garden, a pool, and a bit of playground chaos.
We are set where the orange fields end and the pine and rosemary forest begins.
It’s quiet. Things grow. Days stretch.
Guests stay in a caravan about 100 m away from our house. You’re welcome to come alone or with company. You’ll have your own space and privacy.
I’m around if something matters.
Otherwise, I keep a respectful distance.
This is a shared place, not a performance. It works best when everyone is comfortable being an adult. Nothing here is trying to be more than it is. You don’t have to either.

Tips

  • Do nothing. Everything else is optional. Sit. Lie down. Stare. Change places. Repeat if necessary. No reading list, no walks you “should” take. Just being here tends to be enough.

  • If you feel like leaving the place (no pressure): There are quiet paths nearby where the fields slowly turn into forest. They don’t lead anywhere in particular. Pine trees. Flat. Quiet..

  • There are nearby supermarkets and local shops a short drive away. Nothing curated. Nothing artisanal on purpose. They sell food, normal bread, and don’t ask questions. Go once buy your bread, fruit

  • A short drive takes you to a few simple local bars. Frequented by gourmet bike enthusiasts. Good for a drink and surprisingly serious food. One is famous for its XL almuerzos — intense, unapologetic
