Location on a slightly isolated area for maximum tranquility, located a few dozen meters from the Canal du Midi with easy access to the bank.
Only 1.5km from the post office and the market square!
Ultra easy access to the city via departmental road, less than 3km from the city center.
Several beaches around 7km from the area.

I live and work on the estate, so I am always available if needed.

The land/garden is flat but small downhill at the entrance to the estate which has, to date, never posed any problem to enter except for very low sports cars.
It's easy to access, all sizes can access it and settle in, but if it's a really xxl camper, you'll have to reverse out for about 20m.
Sanitary facilities:
Accessible 24 hours a day outside but in the shelter of my house: full cold and hot water shower, cold water sink, and separate toilet.
The equipment:
The electrical station is outside and easy to access to plug in anything you want to plug in, I can lend you an extension cord if necessary.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

- Please note that the main gate of the estate closes at 11 p.m., reopens at 8 a.m., possibility of reasonable flexibility on request. - Please note that children are the responsibility of their parent(s)/accompanist(s) and must not be left unsupervised. - Please do not feed animals. - Please take out your trash and put it in the container when you leave. - Please do not throw your cigarette butts/chewing gum/tissues/papers/etc in the garden but in the trash. - Please do not throw your sanitary protection in the toilet, a trash bin provided for this purpose is at your disposal. - Please do not pull out plants/flowers. - Please do not have fun moving the decorative stones.
