Everyone is affected by the drastic measures to stop the spread of the coronavirus. It is a situation that we have never experienced before.

Campspace is also affected. The health and safety of all hosts, campers, scouts, employees and other partners is paramount. With this message I would like to inform you about our most important measures and policy.

We are easily accessible. The entire Campspace team works remote. If you have any questions about reservations, the availability of your Campspace or any other questions / comments, please let us know. Send an email to support@campspace.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.

As a community we have started a Campspace COVID-19 Resource centre, with all relevant information and updates.

Cancellation Policy

From now on we offer full refund to guests with a check-in date until April 28. On this page, we explain the cancellation policy regarding the coronavirus. If things are not clear or if you have any questions, let us know. We are happy to help.

Health and safety first

As said, health and safety is more important than ever today. We take our precautions for our staff, for our campers, hosts, scouts and everyone else involved. The situation is changing hourly and we will therefore continuously consider our measures.

We advise all employees, hosts, campers, scouts and others involved who have travel restrictions or show disease symptoms to reschedule or cancel travel plans or receiving guests. Let's flatten the curve.
