At its heart, Campspace is a platform that specialises in unique outdoor stays – be they in a personal tent, campervan, or in a cosy treehouse, yurt or cabin. But what sets us apart is a focus on supporting local tourism and - with 80% of tourism’s CO2 emissions arising from transportation - a desire to make the local outdoor overnight stay a key part of a sustainable lifestyle. At Campspace we’re committed to nature and real human connections – ultimately we want to do what we can to bring health, happiness and adventure to both our community and planet.
Interest in Campspace and the sustainable travel movement has risen rapidly as more and more people rediscover the freedom of the great outdoors. We’ve raised funding from leading investors in the industry and have been featured in the likes of The New York Times, The Sunday Times, NRC and Der Spiegel. We’re a small team, but growing fast, working mainly out of our head office in the Netherlands.
