🍄 About the role

As our Operations Management Intern for fall 2023 you will be super hands-on and collaborate with different international colleagues on a variety of activities crucial to our operations. This will give you a lot of exposure to all areas of the business, maximising the learnings you will gain from your internship, help you figure out what you really like (and don’t) while contributing lots of value to Campspace. You will be given lots of responsibilities and be expected to look after them independently, under the supervision of experienced colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

Host onboarding: Helping new hosts with the registration of their campspace.

Listing performance: Improving listings of prioritised existing host segments. 

Product marketing: Helping to roll out new features to our hosts.

Business development: Supporting pilots and initiatives

Support: Dealing with reservation related issues towards hosts and guests

Content: Supporting the content specialists occasionally

🎯 Who we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who will approach the job in a professional manner and treat it as a valuable opportunity for learning practical skills, effective communication and how to perform well in a working environment.

🌿 Skills required

• Detail-oriented.
• Organised, with a methodical and proactive approach to work.
• Fluent in speaking English.
• Fluent in either Dutch, French, German, Danish.
• Good communicator, verbal and written.

🍂 Nice to have

• Experience with Hubspot.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is a plus.

🐿 Your profile

• You're passionate about the outdoors, sustainability and the environment.
• You're in the second or third year of a HBO/WO study and you are enrolled as a student for the duration of your internship.
• You're looking for an internship for fall 2023 (starting August/September).
• You're available for at least 32 hours/week.
