We are a family with 2 teenage daughters and a dog. We have already had many camping holidays ourselves, and can really enjoy the peace and quiet. We have a wonderful home base and are happy to receive adventurers and cyclists, for example.

het was super, heel erg bedankt voor alles... sorry dat we geen afscheid konden nemen maar we moesten de fietsen voor negen uur afleveren. ik zal de site aan mijn vrienden aanbevelen, nogmaals bedankt.
Tips for new guests?
huur een fiets voor een paar dagen, het is de moeite waard.

It was a pleasant stay;'' Our son got a new friend there;''his name is Sammy.'' Nice garden house with countertop and pallet benches and table. room for a fridge and dining table that you brought yourself. We were allowed to use the garden chairs and there is even mood lighting in the garden house in the form of Christmas tree lighting ;-) The garden house and toilet and shower are for communal accommodation, you have to take that into account when other campers are staying in the garden. I personally found this to be the only downside in these times, it is difficult to share a communal space such as the gazebo with others at the same time. This is especially difficult in wet weather.
How was the contact with the host?
Christa is a smooth woman, she immediately showed everything that we were allowed to use and were allowed to come. Her husband also unexpectedly came by the first evening;'' (there is a knock on the door ;-) and thought it was nice to see how we were enjoying the stay.
Tips for new guests?
Keep your own stuff in the garden shed in mind when you hear that other guests are coming; '' you have to share ''

The overwhelmingly green garden offers a peaceful place where it is pleasant to stay.
The hostess makes you immediately feel at home. The garden shed that you can also enter is an extra asset, especially during rainy days. Recommended!

Super location, very quiet, 10 minutes from Den Helder and 15 minutes from the Afsluitdijk. Very clean, a modern shower and separate toilet. Tent is in the garden separate from the house with a separate entrance so that you do not disturb each other.
Icing on the cake: the super sweet dog Sammy :-)
How was the contact with the host?
Very friendly, clear explanation, and further respect for your privacy

A super nice, nice camping spot with lots of space and privacy! There is a booth to sit inside, with a small kitchen and a kettle, super nice! Contrary to what is stated on the website, you can also charge your phone there.
How was the contact with the host?
Nice! We also enjoyed the delicious hot sandwiches!
Tips for new guests?
If you don't like dogs like our 13 year old this place is a bit less laid back :)

First of all: the host was absolutely friendly and the stay over night really amazing! Such a sympathetic family with a little charming dog.
Shower and toilet were very clean and in a style that is definitely up to date. Although the garden is directly next to a street it is a very quiet and peaceful place. Unfortunately we had bad weather in the morning, but with the nice garden shed with a cozy sitting area and small kitchen we could keep everything clean and dry.
Definitely six of five stars 😉

We camped overnight in Breezand with host Christa in the orchard, super nice place. We thoroughly enjoyed it, it is a quiet place among the fruit trees with a picnic table under a roof to sit comfortably. It is also great that you can use a super neat shower and toilet. It is secretly even more luxurious here than at a camping! We would like to come back to this Campspace again.

Christa and Erik are fantastic hosts! After a warm welcome, they pointed the way to their “secret” garden where I could pick a spot. I ended up next to an apple tree. I had the luxury of my private sanitary and a table in the garden to do some cooking. The dog welcomes you very enthusiastic and keeps you company while pitching your tent. I would really recommend this lovely place to stay!

we had a very pleasant stay. Our hosts were very kind and the garden was very beautiful! The shower is eco friendly and recycles its own water.

We really liked the place and the hosts were very friendly. The garden where we set up our tent was separated from their garden, which gave both parties their privacy. There was a garden shed where you could place your baggage. There was also a tap in the shed to clean your dishes. We also had a private shower and toilet which were very clean. Also the location was ideal to go to Texel for a day. We would certainly recommend this place!
