Nice campsite with many facilities such as toilet, shower, electricity, water, friendly bar, swimming pond... The site is quite large and can accommodate both campers and tents. In wet weather it may be a bit more difficult for campers because it might become too swampy. The campspace is well located to explore the Pajottenland by bike. The campspace is close to a railway but was not a disturbing element for us. The campspace is completely surrounded by trees, providing a lot of privacy. The only downside for us (but this is completely personal): the swimming pond makes it very attractive for sun worshipers or groups that only come there for this. This detracts a bit from the setting and atmosphere of a campspace.

How was the contact with the host?
Very jovial family who are very open minded. We were received very kindly and shown around by the daughter and afterwards also greeted by Els and Filip. Very sympathetic couple who are present but do not impose themselves. They are open to a nice chat and always ready for help or explanation.

We booked for the first time through Campspace. We traveled with our dog and she could join us without any problems, they told us. On arrival we received a warm welcome from the hosts, followed by a tour where we could sleep, shower, relax,… When we were setting up our tent, Els came to offer us a glass of wine, which we thought was very thoughtful! Nice and beautiful place to stay! Very nice swimming pond, unfortunately not able to use it because it is already a bit colder. What bothered us personally were the passing trains, not so far from the garden. The first night we didn't sleep much because we were right on a festival meadow. We told them about this in the morning, turned out to be her sons who had made a party. What a pity, if you especially book this place to seek peace.
