Meet Miranda, your host
I work and I also paint and I also teach painting. My sons can always be found in the garden, they like to do odd jobs and crafts.
The house of Miranda is located in a quiet town in luxembourg. This sweet host is originally Dutch but has been living in Luxembourg all her life. The garden, where we could pitch our tent, is behind her house and there it is wonderfully quiet. In the back of the garden is the "playground" of the kids from Miranda with a trampoline, tree house and swings. Behind it is a large meadow. The campspace has many facilities such as a terrace with picnic tables, gas barbeque and even power connection in 2 places in the garden. Miranda has her studio at the garden. There is a shower, toilet, fridge, plates, cutlery and even a dishwasher that we can use. The area is breathtaking. This region is nicknamed small switzerland. The Mullerthal Trail, which is very famous among hikers, runs straight through Berdorf. We have chosen a route of about 5 KM that starts at the campsite around the corner. This leads you through a fairytale forest with lots of greenery, stones and caves. A fantastic experience.
My stay was very good. The Campspace is very quiet and has a beautiful view. The ECO toilet works fine, and you get a jerry can of fresh water. Fire bowls and more than enough wood are available. The owners are very friendly and are open to all questions. I think I will come back here sometime.
No pets. Fire may only be made in the fire bowl. Wood must be provided by itself. Since we also use this garden, it is nice to make arrangements regarding barbecue.
The camping site should be left clean and tidy.
There are no towels. Toilet paper.
No noise before 9am and after 10pm.
