About this location

Camping surrounded by green fields and farm animals on a small mixed agricultural property, where farming and nature go hand in hand. You choose your own spot and camp with your tent in the meadow, where in spring and autumn our red cattle graze with their calves. There are no fixed pitches, no electrical connections, and no wifi.

Around the meadows are small woods, hedgerows, and embankments planted in 2019 with walking paths running through them, and you'll find yourself in a green oasis.

In the spacious self-harvest garden grow the tastiest seasonal vegetables, which you can pick to cook at your tent. In the small farm shop, farm products are sold, such as meat, dairy, and eggs.

There is a central campfire area where, by arrangement, you can have a fire.

The facilities are very basic. There is a shower and toilet wagon with 2 toilets and 1 shower, a wash area inside and one outside. Drinking water can be fetched inside the milking parlor or at the outdoor tap with washbasin. In the milking parlor there are some power outlets for chargers.

The area around the property consists of the landscape between the Ijssel and Veluwe rivers and is perfect for beautiful walks and cycling trips. The charming and picturesque towns of Zutphen and Deventer are also easily reachable by bike.

We are Jasmijn and Ferdi and we have been creating a green, vibrant, beautiful place on earth with this nature farm since 2019. Through simple camping at the farm, people can enjoy this, see where the food comes from, how everything grows and blooms in connection with the nature that is abundantly present around the cultivated land.

We are still renovating our house with ecological materials, the solar collectors, etc. are still being constructed. We work in a biodynamic way on the land and in the garden. The animals are cared for according to their nature. Cows and bulls keep their horns, calves with the cow, graze in the meadow. The pigs dig into the ground with their noses, take mud baths and the chickens roam around. There are regularly young animals, calves in the spring, piglets, chicks, young kitties.
