About this location
As we travel by van part of the time, we would like to offer guests the opportunity to stop over at our place. We offer a high-altitude pitch, at 1,000 meters (cool at night!), shaded in the morning, overlooking Lake Aydat. The 100 m² grassy platform offers unobstructed views of the Chaîne des Puys and part of the Sancy massif. It has a separate entrance and private space for added comfort. Water refill available: €2. Electricity hook-up available on request: €2/night. We also sell honey produced by our beehives. We also offer outdoor yoga classes in our garden or on our terrace. Other notes: We have chickens and a very well-behaved and well-trained old Border Collie. A few chickens also roam freely. We welcome pets, but they must be kept on a leash to avoid any problems. The property is fenced, but the pitch is not. Nearby: 5 minutes from Lake Aydat, 10 minutes from Lake Servières, 30 minutes from Mont-Dore and Clermont-Ferrand, 30 minutes from Puy de Dôme and Vulcania. Possible activities: water sports on the lake, hiking, mountain biking, climbing in the surrounding mountains, etc. If you enjoy climbing, hiking, and the mountains in general, we would be happy to advise you on exploring off the beaten path if you wish. No on-site facilities: self-sufficiency is recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Vehicles 7m or shorter are preferred. - A free waste disposal area is available 3 minutes away in the village. Fresh water is available on site for €2. Electricity is available for €2/night. Calm dogs are welcome on a leash and/or must be kept on a tether. (Our chickens often roam freely, as does our dog...).
