About this location

Welcome to the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park! Nestled between springs and volcanoes, you'll find yourself in the heart of a flowery meadow, surrounded by sacred forests, vegetable gardens, and hiking trails. Shops and the river are just 2 to 5 km away, accessible on foot via the trails or by road. Local farmers' and artisans' markets are held every Monday and Friday evening during the summer. Numerous activities and events are available in the valley! A self-built, eco-friendly straw bale house on the property, currently being renovated, provides basic amenities, including a kitchen and bathroom facilities. It sometimes hosts participatory building projects, creative workshops, and artist residencies. I personally offer energy healing sessions for a truly restorative experience. Between St. Pierre de Colombier and Burzet, a peaceful space awaits you in a lovingly landscaped private garden, where the surrounding nature invites you to recharge – an ideal place for relaxation. Numerous hiking loops in the valley offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Many neighbors are artisans or market gardeners. The river is less than 2 km away for swimming or fishing, a 20-minute walk along the hiking trail!

Access to pitch tents in the meadow is easy, close to the cars and the house. The shadiest and most secluded spot is further down in the woods. It's about a 50-meter walk to set up camp. Sanitary facilities: A toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub and sink are available in the house, or when it's hot, spring water is heated in the garden pipes! Amenities: The caravan is not fully equipped; it only has a double bed and a small table with a bench seat. A kitchen is equipped in the house: basic appliances, gas stove, dishes, etc. It's possible to charge your devices there. Tent rental: A 3-person tent is available if needed for an additional €5/night. Groundsheets or extra blankets can be provided if necessary.
