Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Garden camping in semi rural quiet location in Newmarket.  I have a large garden overlooking overgrown fields.  There is a woodland area. Sometimes deer visit. Close to Newmarket High Road, with restaurants, pubs & shops.  You can walk to Newmarket Train Station, with good transport links.
I
provide a bbq, fire pit, picnic table, gazebo and use of bathroom and shower.  Plus an outdoor fully fitted kitchen.
