About this campspace

Our pitch is located on a green meadow between fruit trees on the outskirts of the village of Mörsach. A great starting point for cycling, swimming, inline skating, hiking or just enjoying the peace and quiet of the Franconian Lake District. In about 100m (about a two-minute walk) you can easily reach a small sandy beach on the Altmühl tributary with the lovingly operated Kosk "power plant" and an outdoor cold water shower.
The location is ideal for swimmers, stand-up paddlers, canoeists, anglers and bird watchers. The well-developed cycling and hiking trails can be used immediately. On the Altmühl cycle path, for example, you can cycle to the Altmühlsee in about two kilometers on flat and tarred paths. The tarred circular path around the Altmühlsee is about 13 km long and can be extended as desired, e.g. by continuing on to the Brombachsee. In the center of Mörsach there is the family-run "Gößwein" inn with a beer garden, farm shop and delicious Franconian dishes.
