About this campspace
Welcome to Oustaou.
I welcome you at the foot of our magnificent village of Roussillon. The land is located just below the Castrum cliff. The village is a 3-minute walk away, so you will be both in a natural setting and close to all amenities.
Our shaded land is planted with oaks, pines, cedars and among them...you will have as a curious companion, my horse Farouk.
The land has an independent entrance, you can come and go in complete peace of mind.
Activities
The village itself is an incredible discovery. You will have the opportunity to stroll along the Sentier des Ocres: the old quarry of the village. You can stroll through the streets and stop in the shops or have a drink facing the Val des Fées for example.
Many activities/visits are organized at the Conservatory of Color (former Mathieu factory) at the exit of the village towards Apt.
At the exit of the land you will have direct access to the GR for short or long hikes: on foot, by bike or even on horseback.
You will have the opportunity to visit the neighboring villages: Gordes (12 minutes), Bonnieux, Lacoste, Oppède le Vieux (10-15 minutes), Saint Saturnin/Goult (10 minutes).
Other remarks
As you have understood, our land is close to our 4-legged friends, so you can come with your horses. A park will be reserved for them, the fodder ration is extra: price fixed according to the equines welcomed. Information to be requested directly by email when requesting reservations

Hello everyone,
For many years I have had the plan to welcome all kinds of travelers but more than anything I would have liked to create an equestrian stopover lodge. Things evolve and so do projects.
So this year I start by welcoming you to our land with the joy of receiving and meeting.
Maybe I would come across a few riders and their mounts :).
I hope that our little corner of paradise will satisfy you. We have been happy there for 6 years now.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Access: in front of the path, at the mailboxes, take the path on the left, between the hedge and rock wall (BE CAREFUL do not go down the path).
Arrival can be from 2 p.m. and departure maximum at 11 a.m.
For the respect of our friend the Earth, all waste must of course be put in the appropriate containers.
Fires are strictly prohibited given the location and the dryness of the soil. Smokers are asked to be careful and respect the premises (no cigarette butts on the ground).
Animals are accepted but we have chickens and a free-range cat. Dogs or others must be respectful even if the chickens never go onto the campers' grounds. THANKS
Children must always be accompanied by an adult to see the horses.
