We had the best experience in Gurzelen. It was a very lovely and peacefull neighbourhood. Perfect place to stay if you love hiking and camping! We even had a swimmingpool and company of the cats!

HansRuedi was an excellent host, he planned our hiking trip with us and we were able to use his tanndems (very fun)! He was really generous and made sure we had an perfect stay!

We had some really nice days in our tent in Hans' garden with a panoramic view of the mountains. As the site is very centrally located, we were able to visit Bern, Lucerne, Interlaken and Grindelwald. We had very high temperatures in July - up to 38 degrees, and on the last night there was storm, rain and thunder, so we were allowed by Hans to spend the night in their living room. We were very grateful for that. They also have a really sweet and cuddly cat and are a very warm and welcoming family.

We had a great experience at this campspace!!! The location is incredibly beautiful and the fact that you have to lift your camping gear up the stairs makes the view more than good! The pool cooled us down and the kids could play in it.

Staying at Hans' was a luxury and a true pleasure. Since the drive to their place, the views were astonishing. We arrived, sweating from the heat in the car, and his family welcomed us and invited us over to the pool and a cold drink. The landscape you see from their garden is surreal, with mountains and grass all around. The cows gave us concerts all through the day and the clouds played around with the mountain peaks. The house cat made sure we felt like part of the family. We weathered a storm, with rain, wind and thunder and all was fine. It was a pity we didn't stay longer, but the mountain beckons.
