The hilly "Osnabrücker Land" and "Tecklenburg Land" offer many attractive landscape and nature experiences. Also the nearby mountain ranges of the "Teutoburgerwald" around Hagen aTW. and Bad Iburg are very interesting and popular for hikers and (mountain) bikers.
Due to the proximity to Osnabrück, you can cycle to the city in 20 minutes on quiet paths. Bicycles can be borrowed.
