Our names are Ferdy and Tanja and together with our son Trev we form a family of three. 'Making things beautiful and building things together' is a common thread in our lives. In 2008 we fell in love and worked together on our first boat! Sailing and camping feel the same to us: being outside as much as possible and feeling free! Camping is also not unknown to us. With mattresses in the back of our VW bus to France and touring with our old caravan through the Netherlands and Europe, looking for the nicest charming campsites, is one of our favorite activities.

In 2013 we bought our first big challenge, a detached DIY house in Breezand. Together we once dreamed of an even bigger project, a farm with an atmospheric campsite. We dreamed of space for socializing, meeting new people, animals and lots of greenery around us. In 2022 this dream has become reality! The Camping is officially our new place! The location of the campsite, the space, the possibilities, the charm, and a beautiful bell jar have been decisive!

Freedom and togetherness and above all 'nothing must, nothing is allowed', is what camping life means to us.

Full of ideas, we start this new adventure together!

  • Get a breath of fresh air on one of the beaches, cycle or walk through the extensive flower bulb region, visit one of the surrounding places, each of which has something unique to offer, or take the ferry

  • The towns of Breezand and Anna Paulowna are located in the immediate vicinity of camping site De Tulpenweide. Surrounded by bulb fields, the ideal landscape for cycling and walking tours.
