We are Amanda and Steve, we have a 2 acre garden in a beautiful little hamlet, off the beaten track on the edge of Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and just a short stroll to the beach.  We share our garden with deer, pheasants, foxes, woodpeckers, cuckoos and many other species of wildlife, too many to mention.  We have classic cars and a 1946 grey Fergie.

Tips

  • Goodwood Motor Circuit is nearby, host to world famous classic motor racing... Goodwood Revival, Goodwood Members Meeting and Goodwood Festival of Speed

  • The natural harbour and beach are a short 5 minute stroll down a leafy lane, past an ancient chapel and historic mound

  • The Market Town of Chichester is nearby

  • There is a cosy pub, just across the harbour on the water's edge in Mill Hamlet. Also, check out The Ship at Itchenor, The Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay and Anchor Bleu at Bosham... all waterside
