About this campspace
We have a beautiful site with a mini eco campsite. There is a dry toilet, shower cabin (with hot water from the sun), outdoor kitchen. Everything basic for those who like to experience simplicity and nature.
There is pure drinking water of high quality, from the wells on site. You can also take a cold or heated bath with a view of the valley! Electricity thanks to the installation of solar panels + batteries. In the evening / night it almost always cools down well to sleep comfortably.
Campfires may be made except in the summer when it is too dry.
The quinta is within walking distance of a village with a river beach, a typical Portuguese café, a cozy bar, and also a mini shop. The next village also has a pharmacy, an ATM, several small shops, a bakery, a cultural center and so on. There are river beaches all around the area. The natural park and mountain range of Serra da Estrela is less than half an hour away.
Coimbra is an hour from here. Three other smaller towns are half an hour away.
As a contribution, we work with a sliding scale, so that you can feel what it is worth for you to stay here.
Important: we only use completely natural products, so no soaps and shampoos that are not. Everything ends up in the soil where countless precious organisms live such as salamanders, lizards, frogs, toads, ...
There is a washing machine in which you can wash your clothes, and some appliances that can be borrowed such as a toaster (croque monsieur machine), kettle, fire, mixer, ... By car you come here along an unpaved road, a 'caminho', which has some bumps and goes uphill, but any normal car can get there via this road.

I'm 32 and started together with my girlfriend our own camping space. I'm a fascia therapist and she is a psychotherapist. We'll have retreats in the future but now we start with the space for people to camp. I talk dutch, english, french and some portuguese. You can count that I'm always friendly and correct. Looking forward to meet you.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
We only allow completely natural products and soaps. If necessary, we sell suitable soap that is locally made.
Dogs are allowed but they are not allowed to bark too much because the other people can't camp quietly.
We ask respect for Mother Earth from everyone who stays, so don't throw plastic on the ground.
