Lots of hiking and fishing (forest and lakes nearby (less than 10 minutes), Maulévrier oriental park 3 kilometers away, puy du fou 35 minutes away, doué la fontaine zoo 30 minutes away, banks of the Loire and first châteaux 45 minutes away, troglodyte city 45 minutes away, Ribou leisure centre 10 minutes away, shopping center 15 minutes away, Super U 3 kilometers away, cheese shop, bakery etc. in the commune.

You'll be able to set up on an area of around 600 m² and enjoy part of the banks of the pond, a shady plot with easy access and the possibility of parking your car nearby.

The sanitary facilities
At present, there are no (shared) sanitary facilities in the house (a project is underway for independent dry toilets). Possibility of evacuating waste water for camping cars and caravans, possibility of also having a well water supply.

The amenities
Table, drying rack, seat, a few outdoor games (Molly balls, duck fishing for the kids, etc.), electrical outlet outside (extension cord available on loan), ground barbecue with wood available, and tent available for emergency use. Don't hesitate to ask, we can help out if we have what you need.
