About this campspace
I am the mother of two children (aged 6 and 3). I live in a bus on a large plot of land in the garrigue.
I also have two dogs and a cat :-)
It's a calm and friendly place.
For the kids, there's a playroom and a small library in part of the hangar (covered but not insulated).
Outside, there's also a small play area with a swing, slide, tree house, trampoline and scooters.
This one-hectare plot is accessible by tarmac road and is a 15-minute walk from the village center with all amenities (grocery store, bakery, tobacconist, butcher, post office, bar, restaurants, medical center...).
A must-see: the medieval, fortified village center. The surrounding area is full of lovely walks and hiking trails to discover dolmens, statue-menhirs, tumuli, oval tombs...
Viols-le-Fort is located :
- at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup (GR voted most beautiful in France 2021, wine tastings and Terrasses du Larzac)
- 20 min drive from Montpellier
- 20 min from the listed sites of the Gorges de l'Hérault
- 40 min from the sea

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
We are in a region where there is a high risk of fire, so fires and barbecues are strictly forbidden (we can lend you a gas plancha). Be careful with cigarette butts, candles etc...
Children are of course the responsibility of their parents :-)
Pets are accepted if they get along well with other dogs.
Please respect selective sorting (yellow garbage can for recycling, food waste for compost, glass for the village containers and the green garbage can for the rest...).
