About this campspace

Hello,
I will welcome you warmly, in the greatest simplicity in a unique setting, isolated but close to amenities, with a breathtaking view of the ponds and the sea, for nature lovers only.

You'll be staying on a former vineyard plot, just a few minutes from the Aresquiers beach, a listed, protected site. A cycle path gives you safe access without having to worry about parking.
Calm, tranquility and relaxation will be the themes of your stay. You'll also be able to enjoy produce (seasonal vegetables and organic eggs) from the on-site micro-farm, as well as honey from the neighboring beekeeper, and a shellfish producer just a few minutes away, all accessible by bike.

The activities
The site is just a few kilometers (I'd say 3 maximum without having measured) from Les Aresquiers beach, accessible by bike (10 min). There's a riding school 5 minutes away, and several hiking trails 10 km away. The towns of Sète and Montpellier are about 20 km away (museums, cinema, etc.).

Other things
To sum up, I would like to welcome you to a wild and unspoilt site where you can forget the often hectic pace of our modern lives for a few days; leave your car on site without fear and get around by bike. The village has all the necessary amenities (grocery store, pharmacy, butcher's shop, bar, etc.).

I offer two 60m2 and two 40m2 pitches, accessible to motorhomes and vans. Access is easy and independent. As mentioned in the description of the setting, this is a vineyard, where vegetation grows spontaneously, but there is no shade as such. An awning would be a plus for your comfort.

The sanitary facilities
The site has no sanitary facilities, which is why I prefer to welcome camping cars and vans, which have their own supply of clean and dirty water, as well as the necessary equipment to ensure their comfort.

The amenities
I have a wifi internet line (being in the countryside, the network is limited, which will allow you to really be on vacation without being cut off from the world... :) ) . The plot is bare, with no water or electricity for this first year, as for the sanitary facilities, so you'll need to bring your own equipment for meals. However, the shellfish producer ("la ferme marine des Aresquiers", you can visit their site), located around 800m away, offers evening meals and concert evenings at weekends.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

I prefer to welcome families from June to August inclusive, the pitches are designed to accommodate 5 people each, and I'm quite flexible about arrival and departure times. All I ask is that you respect the site and each other (no garbage left on site, respect for neighbors). I live on site, I am available for any information, help ...
I love animals, they are welcome, I have some myself (donkey, horse, chickens, dogs and cat); only condition: do not leave traces of their passage :)
I'll be happy to welcome you if you feel like retiring from the world for a few days.
