About this campspace
Private property on the edge of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Shops and activity providers are 200 meters away.
We are located in a rural setting. The property is surrounded by meadows and almond trees on three sides. The motorhome area is the closest to the road. In most cases, however, our guests do not find the noise disturbing.
The activities
Numerous activities are available on site. Hiking and cycling trails are within easy reach. Leisure activity providers are just across the road. The region is particularly popular for mountain biking, horse riding, canoeing down the Ardèche, donkey trekking, visits to caves such as the Grotte Chauvet, the Lavender Museum, the Ardèche Gorges, etc.
Other things
We strongly recommend that you call us before coming. We only accept motorhomes and fully autonomous vehicles, including trailers and long vehicles. Tents are not permitted on the property.
Rates are for low season only. The price for 2 people is €20.00/day in July and August and €5.00 for each additional person, up to a maximum of 3.

Established in the region since 2020, we have opened 5 rental accommodations and 4 campervan pitches in Lou Visetto. The property is built on nearly 6,000 m² of landscaped land, completely fenced and secure.
You will find on the estate various common facilities such as the heated swimming pool in season, the park with playground and pétanque court, a summer kitchen and a charcoal barbecue, a dining area, a veranda, etc.
We live on site and remain open all year round. We will be happy to share with you our ideas for walks, good restaurants, discounts negotiated with various service providers in the area, such as canoe trips, mountain bike rental, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Arrivals are at noon or between 4pm and 7pm. Departures before noon. We like to interact with our visitors, and a detour to the reception area to say goodbye is always much appreciated.
We ask everyone to respect others, in particular by not making too much noise and leaving the premises clean.
Children must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents at all times. They may not enter the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.
Pets are accepted at an additional cost, provided they do not cause a nuisance to residents. They are not allowed in the pool area and must be kept on a leash. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.
Any breach of these common-sense rules, aimed at the well-being of everyone, may result in the immediate departure of the offender, with no possibility of reimbursement for the shortened stay.
