We are located 10km from Hauterives (palais du facteur cheval). 10km from Roybon. 25km from Romans sur Isère.
Very quiet countryside overlooking the Vercors, not far from a pond. Unobstructed view of the Vercors and Ryan on one side and the Ardèche on the other. Sunsets to die for at the best of times.
The activities
You'll have the opportunity to go fishing and hiking.
Other things
I'd like to point out that my terrain isn't super-flat and there are a few holes. You have to stand on your ankles or be careful ????

Hey hey, I'm 39 years old, a 15 year old teenager, 2 dogs, 4 cats, chickens. Owner since 2013 of a renovated 1900 farmhouse with maximum recovery. The land is 1 hectare with an unobstructed view of Royan and Vercors and on the other side the mountains of Ardèche. It will let you enjoy a superb sunrise and a superb sunset.
Very quiet environment, full of possible walks
Looking forward to meeting new people.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
