In the countryside, in the heart of greenery, you will appreciate the house for its calm and the swimming pool which is at your disposal.

Treed, on a hill, calm and soothing.
We don't have many large trees on the lot because it's a new house.
The view is beautiful.

The activities
In the surrounding area, you can visit the Vallée des Singes in Romagne, the Parc de la Belle in Magné, the Futuroscope 45 minutes away, and the Vieux Cormenier at Chez Bernardeau.

Other things
A surveillance camera is at the entrance to the house for your safety.

Being at home, I offer all its facilities (bathroom, washing machine and a small space in my fridge if needed). If I'm away for a few hours, we'll work something out.

No noise after 9 p.m. during school holidays and 11 p.m. at other times, as we have small children. Smokers are asked to dispose of their cigarette butts in an ashtray (or barbecue, provided).

We provide you, from April to October, with a 4-seater caravan if necessary. A supplement of €15 per night will be requested for the rental. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance if you wish to reserve it so that we have time to connect it to electricity if you wish to use the fridge.

We also have a 3-person tent with an inflatable mattress that we rent for €5 per night.
