Grass space for pitching a tent. Shade under an orange tree, with oranges you are welcome to snack on when they're ripe! Waterfall of the pond can be turned on request for a peaceful backdrop. Pool is always open for swimming, although it may be cold. Yard is fenced off for privacy and the gate is always unlocked so you can come and go as you please. Comfortable patio set and hammock also available for use.

Bathroom is available indoors from 6AM to 8PM. Shower is available from 4PM to 6PM. Potable water is always available from spigot near the back door and hose on the back of the shed.

WiFi password given upon request. Printer available for small fee. Kitchen is accessible from 6AM to 3PM and 6PM to 7PM. Accessible in kitchen: Oven w/glasstop stove, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric hand mixer, pots/pans/mixing bowls, sink, dishwasher. Basics such as salt, pepper, sugar, flour, and dish soap available for small fee.
Outlet accessible outside near patio set along with extension cord.
Storage shed available.

House will be alarmed from 9PM to 6AM. Please text host if in need of anything between those hours and do not try to enter home.
During accessible hours, please knock and wait before entering unless told otherwise.
Please bring your own towel(s) and dishes to eat from/with. Disposable dishes and flatware available for small fee.
Children welcome and not applicable towards camper limit under the age of 13.
No farts. We have 2 dogs who will be kept within gated area away from tent for the duration of your stay. You will be required to meet them initially so they are comfortable while you are here.
You may come and go as you please through the gate but please ensure it is closed at all times.
