About this campspace
On our small ferme you camp on a large meadow, adjacent to the edge of the forest. As we have 2 cows, the campsite is generously fenced in. You can choose your own pitch with a view of our various pastures and groups of trees. The farm is on a road, but the campsite is set back 200 m, so you don't really have much road noise. In the morning and evening you can enjoy the singing of a variety of bird species. Adjacent to the campsite is the lounge, where you can meet up with others, relax on deckchairs, barbecue or play table soccer.
Depending on the season and yield, we offer various vegetables/fruits from our garden and dairy products made from the milk of our cows. In summer, for example, you can get tomatoes, basil and our home-made "mozzarella à la crème". Cream cheese, yoghurt and milk are also possible but not always safe. Depending on the hunger of our calves, which stay with their mothers, more or less milk is left over.
Pastures, woodland, groups of trees and small ponds provide space for a variety of animal and plant species, some of which are threatened with extinction, which we want to disturb as little as possible. In order to preserve this idyllic setting, we have deliberately decided not to have a playground. For this reason, the campsite is not really suitable for children.
The Ferme is located on the road between St-Germain-du-Bois and Bletterans. Depending on the wind direction, traffic noise can be heard from a distance. Most of the time, however, you feel as if you are in the wild, open countryside.
The activities
Our farm is located in Bresse Bourguignonne, 1.4 km from Saint-Germain-du-Bois, a pretty village with bakeries, butcher's shop, dairy, pharmacy, supermarket (Super U), post office, several restaurants and tennis court. You can visit the "Maison de l'agriculture" museum or enjoy walks around the Étang de la Tuilerie or the Étang Titard. Don't miss the beautiful market on Saturday mornings.
The campsite is only 20 km from the exit of the A39 highway. It is therefore ideal for both a stopover and a longer stay, as the sights of the Jura and the cultural treasures of Burgundy can be discovered from here.

Other things
The courtyard entrance is approx. 4 m wide and has a gate that remains open during the day. The gate must be closed late in the evening and at night.
If you have problems arriving or are late, you are welcome to contact us from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm. Otherwise there is always someone here who can show you around.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Please do not feed farm animals.
Please keep the lounge and sanitary facilities clean.
Waste must be disposed of separately in the bins provided.
