About this campspace

Hello, we are a family of 5: dad, mom and 3 girls.
We have a meadow of 5,200 m2 in the middle of a small country village to put tents and 1,000 m2 of parking to put 1 or 2 campers or a caravan or even 2/3 vans. This project started mid July 2023 I try to improve the site day by day.
This announcement is specifically dedicated to people who do not have all the complete camper equipment, you will therefore have access to all the amenities (if you are in a van, caravan or camper van, and you only need water and electricity I invite you to look at our first announcements) nevertheless if you prefer to take advantage of all our installations you can continue reading here (the price is not very different ;-)

We currently accept a maximum of 10 people per night, (the site can be shared with other campers), for exceptional periods F1 grand prix francofolie, franchefoire we can increase the capacity a little...

We are bordered by spa, Francorchamps, Malmedy, Stavelot, Franchiront.
We thought our little piece of paradise could be shared

The land is 200 meters from our home, as the crow flies.
We have set up a holiday caravan and 2 tents for the summer where our children will play.
The place is very quiet on Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday, on weekends there can be more noise because there is a football field 100m away!
no traffic, lots of greenery, very calming place according to my previous tenants

Activities
The place is ideal for hikers, on horseback and by bike!
We are 10 minutes by car from Berinzenne, 5 minutes from the spa and 10 minutes from Francorchamps!

5 minutes walk from Lake Warfaaz 10 minutes walk from the woods (100th of hectare of woods :-)

- Forest spa 10 minutes by car 45 minutes on foot it is a treetop adventure course, scooter and electric bike rental + other activities.

Spa golf course same distance as spa forest
- Coo ca waterfall and its amusement park are 25 minutes by car.

-Château de Franchimont 20 minutes by car 1h30 on foot

the spa center is full of cafés, restaurants, brasseries and stores.
the meadow and 10 minutes walk from 2 restaurants

several sources of natural spa water are ready, come and discover our pouhon naturally ferriginous water with magical properties for those who lack iron!

nivezé is in the center of many tourist towns SPA, MAlMEDY, STAVELOT FRANCORCHAMPS.. 40 minutes from Liège and 15 minutes from Verviers

We are surrounded by wonderful places for walks, the state and the sawe in Solwaster, the Chawion pond next to the spa golf course, the Berinzenne fagnes, a superb ravel right next door. see the photos for more ideas

I am a mother of 3 almost teenagers in a relationship for 18 years, we live in a small country village in the province of Liège on the heights of Spa. I have just turned 40 but I still have a desire to discover, I like to make new friends, I am a funny, slightly crazy person, and very comfortable with people. We currently have 2 ads, the first only for (vans, camper vans and caravans) that are self-contained and just want a water and electricity pitch, ad 2 is more targeted at campers (tents). ) who want to use the atypical campsite :-) nevertheless everyone can take rental n2 for a few euros more do not hesitate to look at the 2 and choose which will suit you best. I hope to be able to create an ad n3 this summer with a large 8 person teepee tent to rent but for that a little patience :-)

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

To respect the environment, we provide waste sorting garbage cans.
There's no smoking in the meadow, so we dedicate a smoking area 100 meters from the meadow with an ashtray. We are non-smoking and the meadow can be used for grazing sometimes, so we don't want the animals to eat cigarette butts :-(
The place is a peaceful spot if it's quiet, and we want our campers to be too, so if the day is a bit more festive, you can let loose a bit in the surrounding area :-).

This last little sentence may not be to everyone's taste, but I'm as funny, kind and sympathetic as I am cash! So I hate children with bad manners who spend all day shouting. Children and teenagers are welcome, but only if they're calm and respectful of the site. We choose to welcome people to come and recharge their batteries, not to come to camping paradise.

Please note that if your children are really keen, my daughters will be delighted to show them around our "mini farm" with rabbits, goats, sheep, chickens, peacocks, pheasants and turkeys!
