Nestled in the heart of a small village 30 minutes from Le Mans, ideal for the 24 H race, 10 minutes from the Le Mans/Alençon freeway, 12 km from Entre Sillé le Guillaume and 9 km from Beaumont.

Gites close to Le Mans while enjoying the Sarthe countryside (forest, Lac de Sillé). The house is close to a 12th-century church.

The enclosed garden is to the rear of the house under construction, and is large and intimate enough to provide a certain amount of peace and quiet. Rules to be agreed (waste sorting, garbage cans).
