About this campspace
This is an 20 acre area with the some really nice shaded spots to set up camp.
We provide a large restroom with a rainwater flush toilet ,sink and cleaners.
We also have a nice solar shower that is very refreshing.
It's a large property where you can have some privacy.
The evenings are highlighted by a canopy of stars as there is no street lights.
This is a very quiet setting where the stars are clearly visible at night.
We try to keep the noise down but are not opposed to some nice music.
There is very little traffic as we are near the end of a dead end rd.
The activities
San Marcos has one of the cleanest rivers in the state.
It is a spring fed river and provides lots of options for guests.
There is tubing as well as kayaking and canoeing.
We can rent any of these. Please inquire for pricing.
There is also Spring lake hiking trails that are 10 min drive from camp
Other things
San Marcos being a small town offers a low key atmosphere.
We have a newly rebuilt library and the outlet mall is nearby as well for those who cannot resist a shopping spree.

I live on a pristine 20 acre lot. I've lived here fot 30 years and take lots of pride in the work I've done to make this a primo place to camp and enjoy the San Marcos river and all it has to offer.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
