About this campspace
Set up your tent, van or small caravan for a night in the grounds of our magnificent château and enjoy a view of one of the most beautiful monuments in the Renaissance village of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre.
The park, beautifully planted with various species of trees, offers campers several pitch options to enjoy the view of the château, its ruined tower or the garden landscape.
Located in the heart of the village, the château and park are within easy reach of all amenities and shops.
The activities
The village of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre and its heritage offers a picturesque walk to discover its medieval heritage, with its market hall, gate and other features that retrace the steps of Bertrand Duguesclin.
For film lovers, the Jour de Fête house will transport you to the world of Jacques Tati's film.
Every Wednesday morning, enjoy the local produce market on the square.
A 15-minute drive away, Georges Sand's house in Nohant and its thousand-faceted garden await you.
The region has plenty of other wonders to offer, so don't hesitate to ask us or visit the tourist information point on the market square.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
1. Arrival: from 5:00 pm / Departure: maximum 11:00 am
2. Smokers are allowed in respect of the park: butts and other garbage must be disposed of in garbage cans and not in nature.
3. Dogs and other animals are allowed on a leash and under the supervision of their owners.
4. Children must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents.
5. Please keep the site clean and take all your garbage with you or put it in the garbage cans provided.
6. Parties are not permitted.
7. After 10:00 p.m., noise must be kept to a minimum in a spirit of cordiality and good understanding with other campers.
