About this campspace
Our land is for the moment bare. Without drinking water nor electricity. It is a nice quiet place where you have a view on the fields. Our animals are in freedom (goat and sheep)
The land is quiet, you are facing fields, in the evening you can see hare doe fox..
No trees on the ground only on the sides at the level of the fences.

Your host, LAURE
Hello, we are a couple with a 3 year old little girl. We live in a quiet area, in a small town surrounded by fields and close to the center of Niort (15 minutes). We have a large plot of land where a goat and a sheep roam free. We love going out and about with our truck and we said to ourselves that with the land we had why not welcome people who, like us, appreciate nature, tranquility and meeting people!

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
It goes without saying that the land must remain clean. No waste, each traveler manages their waste. Trash cans will be available.
