Tent
Van
Small garden with a bit of lawn and trees, north-facing, which is convenient in the middle of summer.
In addition to the lawn, there's a large gallery (formerly a hayloft) used to store firewood, where you can set up a fold-down tent out of sight, making this the place to be for absolute peace and quiet.
The activities
Close to the Lyon metropolis and its many monuments and activities. Magnificent walks in the Monts d'Or massif starting from the village.
You can swim in the Saône (700m) or 15km away in gravel pits fed by groundwater.
Other things
You are asked to be discreet in the evening so as not to disturb my neighbor who leaves for work early in the morning.
I have a friend who comes over every day, who deserves to be known.
If you're looking for comfort and privacy, you'll be better off in a hotel or bed-and-breakfast-style accommodation, as the residents of the impasse share the outdoor spaces in a friendly, friendly atmosphere.

Seduced by this network because I don't really appreciate "traditional" camping with its promiscuity and its subculture. The idea of going to a private home without invading it completely appeals to me. I like both contact and tranquility.
I travel in a small, very simply furnished van (one to two beds), which allows me to transport my books, my belongings, my bike. I appreciate needing small additional basic services like a water point, a table, or even a fridge in the summer, it allows me to come into contact with others. Once there, I do everything by bike. One of my great pleasures is to sing in the acoustics of churches.
PS: following certain unpleasant experiences, fortunately in the minority, and as it is not obvious to everyone, I would like to point out:
- that as a host, I do not respond to messages without greetings or that smell too much like copy and paste, and that I appreciate politeness and correct spelling.
- that I seek to avoid narcissistic people who consider that everything is due to them; and that I therefore certify that I do not play in this category as a visitor.
- that when we are welcomed into someone's home, we respect the place, the people, and that no one is there to do everything while others do nothing. So you can count on my cooperation to keep the premises clean and occupy them in good harmony.
