Our wooded park is outside of town, bordering a major axis, which allows you to easily orient yourself towards destinations for your walks or towards the beaches.
The environment is generally calm, the access is located at the bottom of the village of a hamlet of about 30 houses.

A lighted barnum, with tables and chairs is installed near the pool to share a moment of conviviality with the other HomeCampers, around the collective barbecue.

A prefabricated module accessible 24 hours a day with a microwave, washing machine and refrigerators (4€uros/night).

Indoor and outdoor games are at your disposal, which can be lit at night:
- 1 ping-pong table
- Tarred basketball area
- Space in the field for Volleyball, Badminton and goal for soccer or handball
- Petanque and mölkky field
- Target for darts
- Swing and various games for children are available (tractor, skate, ....)
- The heated SWIMMING POOL (from May to September, depending on the weather) with heat pump
- The JACUZZI heated to 39°C permanently for 4 persons, to relax.
Some animals of the nature will enchant your mornings, days and evenings.

You can enjoy all the possible activities around :
- Zoo Planète sauvage
- the river LE TENU for canoeing
- the different tracks for cycling or walking
- the beaches of the Loire-Atlantique and the Vendée
- fishing on foot for mussels, cockles, etc.

During your stay, vehicles are not allowed on the site.
A parking lot for your vehicle is located at the entrance of the property.
The site includes only one vehicle, beyond that, a supplement may be requested upon arrival.

The sanitary facilities
Accessible 24h/24h, we put at your disposal a Sanitary Block with hot water including:
- 1 WC.
- 1 urinal.
- 1 shower.
- 1 washbasin.
-1 sink for the dishes.

The amenities

For the bare pitches, we will see the day of your arrival together your future pitch according to your wish and the availabilities.

Water and electricity are included in the rental price without extra charge from June to September.

Hello fellow Gamers and Vacationers,
We appreciate conviviality and making new acquaintances.

For 5 years, we have enjoyed sharing and sharing our beautiful wooded park of almost 1 hectare with you who want to spend a vacation or come and relax in a pleasant setting.

At your disposal, ping-pong table, pétanque and molkky court with lighting, space: Volleyball, badminton, football, handball and basketball.
Various games for young and old, swings and bicycles depending on age could be loaned to ensure they have a pleasant stay.
Swimming pool heated to 28°C from April to October depending on the outside weather with lighting in the evening.
New for 2017, a Jacuzzi at 38°C available at your convenience.

Located 20 minutes from Nantes, 20 minutes from Challans, 20 minutes from Pornic and 5 minutes from the PLANÈTE SAUVAGE Zoo.

Don't hesitate, we're waiting for you. Like everyone else, at the end, you will tell us: “the holidays are over but we will come back next year”.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

WARNING :
As soon as you arrive, we will go around the facilities together, to discover and give you the rules of use and safety.
- All the equipments of the campsite (swimming pool, jacuzzi, petanque ground...) cannot be used after midnight (00h00).
- In order to respect the village and the campers, silence will be imposed from midnight (we inform you that if the silence is not respected, the owner gives himself the right to stop the renting on the spot and without partial and/or total refund)
- The jacuzzi is forbidden to children under 16 years old, the time of use per person should not exceed 20 minutes and all drinks are not allowed around and within 2 meters of it.
- The swimming pool is the responsibility of the person in charge of the child/children during the bathing and is not responsible for other people. The property has the right to refuse access to the pool without delay and without time limit.
- Barbecues are not allowed in the whole area except for those placed at the precise place near the barnum and cannot be moved.
- No accessories (sunbathing, barbecue...) placed at disposal on the ground can be moved without authorization of the owner.
- Vehicles are not allowed on the site, concerning the Vans a place is dedicated according to availability.
- Animals are not accepted.

As with all reception areas:
- Please respect the place and the privacy of everyone.
- Respect all the equipment that your hosts put at your disposal during your stay:
- Sanitary block
- Swimming pool
- Jacuzzi
- Barbecue
- Games for children
- Etc.....

The pitch includes only one vehicle on the parking lot, beyond that a supplement may be requested at your arrival.
The private parking lot includes a number of places. Depending on the influence, it is possible to park outside the property.
!!!! Smoking, we do not prohibit smoking on the property, but ask you to be very careful with the environment as you will be on a wooded park, we ask you to take all precautions. Thank you in advance

In the event that a camper disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the instructions, the owner may orally, if he deems it necessary, compel him to stop the disturbance.
In case of proven or/and repeated non-respect of the campsite's instructions, the owner will be able to terminate the stay without notice and without refund.

All the pitches of the campsite must be vacated at the latest at 12:00 am.
