About this campspace
Welcome to Séverine and Christian's home, in the Cévennes National Park, classified as an International Starry Sky Reserve.
We're delighted to welcome you to our grounds in the heart of the pine forest overlooking our house. You'll enjoy a superb view over the heights of the Galeizon Valley, in the heart of nature, in total peace and quiet. You'll be able to put down your suitcases in the shade of fir trees, oak trees or surrounded by heather. The only requirement is that you respect the environment by picking up your garbage and not making any fires. You can discover our homemade fruit juices and jams, and our chickens lay eggs every day.
It's totally quiet here, and there's no light pollution. You'll have a breathtaking view over the whole valley, and on a clear day you can even see Mont Ventoux.
We have a lovely dog, 3 cats, chickens, 2 donkeys and at certain times a young shepherd lets his sheep graze in our meadows.
The activities
If you'd like to go hiking, you'll find several trailheads in the village square, or you can join them directly from your pitch.

The village is 5km away, where you'll find a bar-restaurant, grocery store and post office. Every Wednesday, the market offers a wide range of local and seasonal produce. A second restaurant at Col du Pendedis specializes in frogs' legs.
Other things
Séverine is a qualified Sophrologist and offers Sophrology sessions. The practice will promote physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The vacation setting will help you to anchor yourself in your body, but also in the sensations that will be relaxing memories to call upon when you return home.

I am a nurse and sophrologist. I appreciate human contact but also the calm that nature offers us all around us. My husband Christian takes care of the maintenance of the property and takes care of our animals. We sometimes like to escape for a few days to discover other horizons...

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Arrivals are from 5.30pm to 9pm.
Please respect the environment and peace and quiet.
No smoking.
Fire prohibited.
You must collect and take away your garbage.
Animals must remain under your supervision and not be left on the site in your absence. We also ask you to pick up after them.
Respect the rules governing the use of dry toilets.
Leave the sanitary facilities clean after your stay.
