About this campspace
In the heart of the Bastides d'Armagnac, we offer you 4 independent, shaded and semi-shaded pitches (50 to 80 m2) with water, electricity (solar shower, dry toilet ONLY FOR NON-INDEPENDENT VEHICLES), wifi and waste sorting, and 2 guest rooms (LES HOTES LANDES 40 Saint GOR).
Our 5000m2 park, set in a wooded airial, with its bowling green, free swimming pool and SPA (SPA 6€ / PERS / JRS on reservation), is at your disposal to relax.
Arlette and Christian welcome you for a stay of 1 or 2 nights (+ contact us) in a calm and comfortable setting, with respect for people and places, close to the charming hosts of our forests.
Shaded and semi-shaded pitches on the edge of a quiet forest, with water and electricity at every pitch.
The activities
Boulodrome, darts, archery, free swimming pool and SPA (6€/pers/day) on site and hiking trails at the foot of the house.
Other things
- A tourist tax of 0.32€/per child over 18 will be charged.
- Pets are allowed (3€ / day), BUT PLEASE GIVE PRIOR NOTICE, in order to distribute on the rooms and the 4 pitches of Camping-cars d'hôtes, (LACK OF PRIOR REQUEST MAY BE A REASON FOR REFUSAL).
Dogs and cats are not allowed in the park. Owners must keep an eye on them at all times, ensuring that they do not access the aquatic area or the pleasure pool, damage the premises or disturb other guests.
-ARRIVALS ARE MADE BETWEEN 4 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.
(Formula " check-in arrival BEFORE (between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm) and arrival AFTER (between 8.00 pm and 10.00 pm) :+5€/vehicle.
-Departures before 10:45 am.
(Check-out after 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: +5€/vehicle)
No wood-fired barbecues.
-No oil change on site.
-Garbage sorting possible.
-A breakfast option (9€) is available on RESERVATION 48H IN ADVANCE and SUBJECT TO LOCATION WITH THE BED & BREAKFAST ROOMS.
-Pets are allowed (3€/day), but please let us know in advance so that we can share out the 4 pitches.
Vehicles over 9m are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
No wood-fired barbecues.
No emptying of toilets or grey water.

Aquatic area open from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm.
Quiet from 10:15pm and no traffic between 10:15pm and 8:30am.
Small and medium-sized pets allowed, with due respect for other users.
