You'll be the only one on the lot.

Exceptional natural setting: Departure from the house for hiking or river walks.
Rencurel waterfalls, Gorges du Gorgonnet (30-minute walk - possibility of parking closer by for a day hike). Exceptional site of Cognin-les-gorges.
20 min drive from Pont en Royan (village of houses suspended above the water). Choranches cave.
The vertiginous roads of the Vercors. A multitude of exceptional hiking trails.
The wheeled boat of Saint Nazaire en Royans. Exceptional climbing site.

In the countryside close to nature and the banks of the Isere and other rivers.
