About this campspace
This is not a campsite, but a private plot and garden in the immediate vicinity of my main house, where I offer only 2 pitches with a maximum of 3 people (depending on availability) in accordance with the law.
You're in the south of the Ardèche.
These few pitches are spread over 10,000 m2.
Close to all amenities (800 m away).
Ideally located within a 20-30 minute radius, everything you need to discover and enjoy the region to the full.
Ardèche gorges.
Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Chassezac valley (Païolive woods, villages of Les Vans, Naves, Thines and its magnificent water ponds...).
Village of Balazuc.
Vallée de Labeaume (Labeaume village and all its bathing spots, more or less wild).
Grotte de Beaumicou and its waterfall (when it rained the day before).
And many more that I'll be happy to tell you about.
5x10m swimming pool
Several barbecue pitches, one of which can be moved: ideal for grilling next to your pitch (remember to use charcoal).
Sanitary facilities
Motorhomes cannot be emptied.
Electricity extra. (rates from 3 euros depending on use).
Large, quiet garden in the south of the Ardèche, close to numerous sites to visit and pretty river spots, with all amenities.
Hiking enthusiasts are well catered for.

Practically every possible activity nearby.
Other things
No emptying possible on site for campers.
I don't supply charcoal for the barbecue, so please bring your own.
The refrigerator is to be shared (please do not do your shopping for the week).
Electricity and rental of small fridge to be paid separately.
Toilet paper please fill the toilet paper holder.

Hello, I offer several locations to pitch your tent in my garden, quiet with plenty of space. A place where you can watch the stars. It is located in one of the most beautiful regions of France. I am a nature lover myself and know the area perfectly, I will be happy to guide you to help you discover places that are still wild (swimming and others...).

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Respect for calm and nature.
Please bring your own charcoal for the barbecue.
For the swimming pool, please respect the peace and quiet and avoid overflowing the pool with games in the form of "bombs" or the like. We are often under water restrictions.
I'll be sure to point you in the direction of some very nice river spots where you can make the most of it.
So I insist once again, and I ask parents to make your children respect the calm.
If you fail to do so, I shall be forced to stop accepting families with children.
Please clean up after your stay. A squeegee and floorcloth are available.
Even if I provide toilet paper, you can use your own and fill the paper holder from time to time.
The fridge is a plus, to be shared with everyone (so don't go shopping for the week).
The freezer is reserved exclusively for ice bread. No bottles of water, and even fewer bottles of wine (which are regularly forgotten and break with the glass and rosé, making them impossible to clean).
