About this campspace

Far away from stress and hustle and bustle, this pitch offers a quiet idyll and pure nature. Not far from the Baltic Sea and the Saaler Bodden, you can relax away from the tourist crowds and yet close to all kinds of leisure activities. In the periods Feb/Mar and Sep/Oct you have a unique view of a crane gathering place. In the summer months you will be woken up by the sounds of nature and are embedded in a scenic area between trees and a small forest.

Quiet location near Marlow, no direct neighbors. The village itself is very quiet and green. The parking space has separate access to a large property and borders a field to the east. In the nearby town of Marlow you will find a bank, doctors, two bakeries, a supermarket, a restaurant, a snack bar, hairdressers and a remainders market (Thomas Philipps). The town also has a tourist information office and a gas station.

The activities
Due to the proximity to the Baltic Sea (Zingst 40 km, Graal-Müritz 36 km, Dierhagen 30 km, Ribnitz-Damgarten 15 km, Marlow 5 km), all water sports are possible. If you are looking for a bathing lake in addition to the sea, there is a natural bathing lake in the town of Tessin (23 km). If required, we can provide a surfboard for an additional charge, which can also be used for paddling. In the immediate vicinity you will also find opportunities to paddle on the Recknitz with a board, pedal boat or boat (kayak, canoe) from the water hiking area (3 km or 6 km).
If you are looking for more activities, you will find many options within a radius of 40 km, including:
Marlow Bird Park, Hanseatic Cathedral (thermal baths), Karls Adventure Farm, Oceanarium, German Oceanographic Museum, palaces and castles, Rostock Zoo, Stralsund Animal Park, Pütnitz Technology Museum, steamboat trips on the Bodden, salt factory, German Amber Museum and much more. A separate driveway takes you to an area separated by trees and a wall, which borders a small forest with a pond. As can be seen in the pictures, the parking space is on a mown lawn. The dimensions of the property are approx. 7 x 36 m. There is space for two mobile homes or caravans on this approx. 220 sqm area. A reservation for sole use is possible for an additional charge. If you arrive with a caravan, it would be a good idea to park it backwards on the area.

The sanitary
Unfortunately there are no sanitary facilities.

The equipment
Water and electricity can be provided for an additional charge. It would be a good idea to bring your own extension cable. A table and two chairs can be provided on request. A bread roll service is available by prior arrangement. You are welcome to order homemade cakes and tarts. Prices will be discussed in advance.
