I live most of my time in the countryside among trees and some animals. 3500 m2 to accommodate camper or camper friends. Having recently retired, I would like to have a social connection and a small activity to make ends meet!!!
My chalet is entirely self-sufficient in electricity and water. I can introduce this way of life to anyone who is interested.
However, I am a fan of karaoke, traveling, cinema, art painting...and meals with friends.
My land is a few hundred meters from the village which itself is in the eastern Pyrenees, at the foot of Canigou.
Calm, nature, my animals are my oxygen and my serenity. I found life in this place simple but so effective????.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
- close the gate to prevent animals from escaping,
- do not empty grey water outside the treatment plant
- use ONLY ORGANIC products (shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid)
- no cigarette butts or paper allowed on the ground
- everyone manages their own garbage cans
- BBQ under surveillance (because of the fires)
- save electricity as it is supplied by solar panels only.
- keep dogs on a leash (plenty of space outside to walk them)
- save water for showers as it is becoming scarce!
- children are welcome, and their toys too!
- after 11pm, the car stays outside (15 meters).
IMPORTANT - camping cars CANNOT be emptied.
- PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF POSSIBLE 2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL SO THAT I CAN WELCOME YOU IN THE BEST CONDITIONS AND MAKE SURE YOU'LL HAVE ENOUGH SPACE. BUT TRY YOUR LUCK!
