Couples Camp Retreat 'Volnost' (means "Freedom"). Enjoy your own private property amongst the trees, not visible from the road on this ecologically unique, most southern inhabited island in Ontario, Canada. Steps to the most beautiful, clean, shallow, sandy beach.

The vibe, mystique and nature around you will provide the options of hiking, biking, warm, shallow swims, over 250 species of birds, beautiful vineyards, a winery, restaurants, ice cream shops, arts & music scene, fishing or just quietly "Zen out" amongst nature not found anywhere else in the world.

You can rent golf carts, bicycles and take a boat tour! Special offers of private Reiki with a local Master and Yoga sessions for Volnost guests.

This whole property is there just for you. At the back of the winding laneway is a 10 m2 flat spot for parking or pitching tent. There is a conservation area across the road and sprawling Carolinian forest behind you.

The sanitary facilities
You have your own private, new outdoor bathroom with handwash station plus there is a public campground down the road which has bathrooms, showers and a camp store for any forgotten supplies.

The amenities
Large fire ring, a covered, screened picnic dining area with table and a 6 m covered shed is available for dry storage. Some firewood and jugs of bottled water (with a handpump) will be supplied. Use of metal detector for extra fun beach walk adventures!
